They will only refund you if your battery was replaced on or after the 14th of December 2017. I tried to get a refund today but got told no!! So they have lost 1 loyal customer.

Hi, if you had your battery replaced after the 14th of December, you can contact Apple support. Confirmed with Apple Support that they will transfer you to customer relations to process your refund.

OK.....Your choice, but I doubt Apple is going to lose much in this.
You can say that but a customer is still a customer... I am simply not happy with the decision made by Apple.

Apple purposely slowed down performance without telling its customers. That is the damage.
