iTunes won't play .wma files, so you will need to use a third-party program to convert to MP3. There are a number you can find by Googllng: on a Mac VLC Media Player will do this. When I just tried it it saved the file without an extension, so you will need to add this when titling the file or by amending the filename.

I have a lot of music in wma format instead of mp4 or mp3 format, haw can I add it to iTunes so I can play it on my iPod Touch?

The Windows version of iTunes will convert unprotected WMA files to a format that iTunes can play and sync. The Mac OS X one won't.
