macbook pro have weird screen randomly

It just suddenly happen yesterday then i do all the reset things , it seems help but then it come again with lound pop then this.

Help please.

Now i try to re-install OS but it fail

So i turn on an push D to check it said

“There may be be an issue with memory module

You'll want to make a trip to the Apple Genius Bar to get that looked at. The screen looks like a graphics card problem and the second one indicates an issue with the memory in your computer. Both should be looked at by the Apple Genius Bar or an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider.) You can use the link below to make an appointment to get it checked out an an Apple technician.
