Please help! I have an iPhone 6 with the Popup Blocker on along with the Fraudulent Website warning on. I have IOS updated and have cleared my history. I keep getting a popup in Safari indicating I have won an Amazon gift card, Apple phone, etc. How do I get this to stop?

Typically, it’s not a popup but a redirect. So, no - popup blocker is not going to work.
I’m having the same problem and it is appearing on more and more sites! Apple please do something about this!
I think I found an answer, I copied the pop up link and in Settings>general>restrictions > enable>websites >limit access I pasted link. So far ok, but who knows
Go to App store and install browser called Brave. It works with most of websites, but blocks a lot of nasty things
This only happens in my Chrome app
For me, it happened only with Safari while on MSN.com and only with my iPhone. Downloading Brave browser, helped. I haven’t gotten the pop up since then(on iPhone visiting MSN).

I downloaded Brave browser per another poster’s suggestion and so far it’s helped

Same issue - just started on bbc news website.
Yes. It does not help. I have it on ESPN. Makes it almost unviewable. Have not had the problem with the Private Browsing Web Browser.
