Lost my hayday game

I lost my farm in hayday because I’ve been playing a few years and never upd my info I lost my face too so opened another my farm was saved in iOS 10 or game centre but still can’t get it my farm name irenes farm level 103 my neighbourhood is (DONT WORRY BE HAPPY ) I’m co leader hope this info is enough to recover my game I’ve lost all pass words etc google etc
