Thanks for the info, but this didn't work. She is unable to play any music even though she is using the same ID as me. The problem is only occurring on her iPhone, all other devices work fine. This is how it is setup:
- myAccount (AU) -> used for everything, including family sharing, except iTunes store/music.
- wifeAccount (AU) -> used for everything, including family sharing, except iTunes store/music.
- sharedAccount (US) -> All our app, movie and music purchases are on this account which we all have logged into as our Itunes store account.
sharedAccount is the one complaining about music/region but only on one device.
My region is set to USA (though language is Australian). I don't believe this is the issue as all my other devices are set to Australia and work without issue.
It is set up this way as it predates family sharing and accounts are in different regions now. So I don't want to change it.
