You do realize, the iPhone X is under warranty. If you have a problem, then make a Genius Bar appointment. I've had my iPhone X since shortly after they were introduced. I've updated it each time there is an update released. I've not experienced a problem like this, and none of the other users that I know have experienced a problem either. You need to troubleshoot your own device. A reset is only the first step in user troubleshooting.

I completely agree it’s disgusting and happens all the time to me and finally comes back on after numerous clicking only to pannick as it’s making an sos call , worst phone so far and don’t get me going on my watch 2nd one just broke due to another hardware issue and guess what I’m on my own this time ? Really thinking brand change is in order and a fresh start is needed 😏

Have had X since November. Best phone ever. But in past week or so has begun to freeze up about 5 percent of the time. Huge hassle. Eventually starts to work again after a few minutes.

Maybe you haven't, but some of us have. I fully understand why some people would be disgusted by spending a lot of money for this hyped new iPhone X. And then it either doesn't perform as expected or worse yet, the customer service falls short.

All these steps is useless, even after we hard reset, it still freeze and we can't do anything but to wait.

I have been using different version of the iphone and I must say this is the worst.

I took it in to Apple and they said nothing was wrong with the phone.
