Depending on the vintage of Mac OS X and your computer, the printer

drivers available may - or not - be correct for the system configuration.

{There may be clues in the Printer logs, you may have to re-initiate or

set up the printer again, from scratch. There are cached items that are

suspect. I've not had to do this in several years; in a different OS X.}

If you can't get your printer to work with your Mac,

iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, these steps might help.

Because there's no evidence of anything in this matter, and the link to

AirPrint in header of thread, one may assume you've a wi-fi print issue.

There are various drivers for several operating systems at HP support

& a few links there to help troubleshooting your model, among others.

Been awhile since I last used HP printers, had several over past 30 years.

Last one was AIO w/ fax phone modem, that failed to print. Got Epson #2.

Before that HP, I'd had Epson Photo printer, it still works great after 12 yrs.

Bonjour printing is sometimes another reference to your ability to print locally

by wireless means. If your HP also has USB ports, try running a cable for now.

My two Mac Mini models, both ends of the spectrum, do OK with wi-fi prints

and also USB printing; to the same printers; also use two Mac portables here.
