how can i get OS X 10.10.0
i need to upgrade from OS X 10.9.5 to OS X 10.10.0. but, i can't find the software.

Unless you had downloaded it before then no it is no longer available. If you had downloaded it it will appear in the Purchases section of the App Store.
Depending on the age of your mac you could upgrade to El Capitan, How to download OS X El Capitan - Apple Support
Or if your mac is a little younger you can still get Sierra, How to download macOS Sierra - Apple Support
Or you could throw caution to the wind and download High Sierra.
In all cases make sure your third party apps have updates for the OS you want to upgrade to. Also check that any printers/ scanners or other hardware you use has driver/ software updates so that they will continue to function in the OS you decide to download.
And before you do any upgrade always make a full backup of your current system in case you need to go back.
