So yes I went through Apple support - and chose the chat option after inputting my problem. From there I'm just not sure if someone is able to get into Apple's chat system becuase the advisor seemed odd? But maybe she was just new?
She asked for my apple ID which is normal. Then asked for my billing address which I told her I didn't even know becuase I never have used it. (I have also never been asked for this through Apple so I felt a little weird about it. The problem was related to my phone constantly asking for my Apple ID password, so not related to my billing address) after I told her I didn't know it she just said Okay I'm going to look for some solutions. It took a bit of time, then she said she needed to send me to a phone advisor. I had to give her my phone number then Apple called and I sat on hold, they had a simple solution of where to sign in and out of iTunes on my phone. I asked at the end if the chat advisor asking for my billing address was normal and she said no.
