Report an advisor

Is there an email or some where I can report the last senior adviser I spoke to. Her name is Brittney, and she was insanely rude, she kept repeating the same instruction to me after I just said they didn't work, and she hung up on me after I asked if she could speak to someone at the apple store since she was unsure.

I have a similar concern - I am wondering if maybe my advisor was just new - but she asked for my billing address for an issue just regarding app store downloads. This was over online chat so I'm not sure how it could be a scam. But She never gave me any help and instead I had to give her my phone number to have apple support call me and then was just on hold. But, I asked the phone technician if this was normal to ask for my billing address and she said no. I don't want to sit on the phone anymore so I wanted to know if there was an email or some reporting link I could use.

I'll lay it out a little better:

So yes I went through Apple support - and chose the chat option after inputting my problem. From there I'm just not sure if someone is able to get into Apple's chat system becuase the advisor seemed odd? But maybe she was just new?

She asked for my apple ID which is normal. Then asked for my billing address which I told her I didn't even know becuase I never have used it. (I have also never been asked for this through Apple so I felt a little weird about it. The problem was related to my phone constantly asking for my Apple ID password, so not related to my billing address) after I told her I didn't know it she just said Okay I'm going to look for some solutions. It took a bit of time, then she said she needed to send me to a phone advisor. I had to give her my phone number then Apple called and I sat on hold, they had a simple solution of where to sign in and out of iTunes on my phone. I asked at the end if the chat advisor asking for my billing address was normal and she said no.

You've now changed a bit of your earlier story. You said you were having trouble downloading apps. This is sometimes caused by a problem with the billing address of the credit card that is on file with an Apple ID account. If they suspect the issue is the billing address, which can be that the address does not match the region of the iTunes Store you are trying to use, then it would be normal to ask for this information. Context means a lot in this type of issue.

If your problem is you are trying to update apps and they keep asking you to enter your Apple ID password that usually indicates that you purchased/acquired those apps with a different Apple ID than the one currently contained in the settings of your iPhone.
