A cloud configuration is already present on this device. [MCTunnelErrorDomain – 0x36B2 (14002)] error when trying to supervise iOS device in Apple Configurator 2

I have been trying to add some devices to MDM via Apple Configurator 2 adn getting a A cloud configuration is already present on this device. [MCTunnelErrorDomain – 0x36B2 (14002)] error message. I have deleted the devices from our MDM cloud portal and wiped the devices multiple times.

iPad Pro Wi-Fi, iOS 11.2.1

I ended up solving this by also purging the devices from a section of my MDM console where I uploaded a CSV to mark the owner as "Corporate" I am using Centrify.
