I forgot my notes password. How can I open or reset the password from the notes?

I forgot my password for my notes. How can I access or reset my password for my old notes. I already tried resetting my password but it’s for new notes.

iPhone 8, iOS 11.2.2

You can't reset the password for old notes, as the password is the encryption key.
