at the moment it's on at 100 (DFS)
The legal requirement for DFS channels is that they are set automatically. That is what DFS means.. Dynamic Frequency Selection.
UK and Europe (ETSI region) do not allow the range of channels that US has available.
Although it does vary from country to country.

US recently changed to allow a huge increase in the number of DFS channels.. the ones Bob has shown are the channels not required to auto reduce. ie can be chosen and fixed. But a whole new lot of channels was opened up by FCC in new regs.. all the channels from 50-144.
It means wifi can run on channels used by weather radar and military radar but must move to a clear channel if a radar begins operation on that freq.
devices operating on 5.250–5.350 GHz and 5.470–5.725 GHz must employ dynamic frequency selection (DFS) and transmit power control (TPC) capabilities
On 10 June 2015, the FCC approved a "new" ruleset for 5 GHz device operation (called the "New Rules"), which adds 160 and 80 MHz channel identifiers, and re-enables previously prohibited DFS channels, in Publication Number 905462.[22]
