I have iOs version 10.3.2 (14F89) and I have a Lumosity app order number 14099004 in my subsription page, but I cannot find any option or link to cancel or delete the app autorenewal
in the page.

If you think that you've were charged when you shouldn't have been you can try contacting iTunes Support, but as you've waited 12 months (practically the whole term of the subscription period) they are probably unlikely to refund you - use the link in my above reply.
I was charged annual autorenewal according to the developers website Jan 2017 I though I have already
cancelled my subscription since 2016.
