error 0x000000f issue on Bootcamp High Sierra Win 8.1

Hello dear members of Apple Support Community,

first of all the details of my Mac:

macOs High Sierra

10.13.2 (17C88)

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2011)

2,4 GHz Intel Core i5

8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

Macintosh SSD

Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB

I have recently installed on a Macbook Pro (13.3', late 2011) with SSD 500 GB, High Sierra and with bootcamp I made a partition for the Windows 8.1.

After an unwanted reboot while I was on Windows I realized that time settings had been changed and I wasn't able to change startup disk from Bootcamp, because I couldn't see Macintosh HD.

So, after rebooting and holding down the alt key I choose Macintosh and under the system preferences when I choose Bootcamp as a startup disk I saw the message: "The bless tool was unable to set the current boot disk”.

I tried with WinClone 6. to fix the problem, selecting the Bootcamp and choosing: "Make EFI Bootable", after I watched a video on Youtube (BootCamp drive not showing up in startup disk ? Here Is a FIX! - YouTube)

After rebooting holding the alt key down I noticed a third disk (EFI Boot) and after clicking on it I had a blue screen with this text: “ Recovery. Your PC needs to be repaired. The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains errors. File:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD. Error code: 0x000000f. You’ ll need to use the recovery tools on your installation media. If you don’t have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your system administrator or PC manufacturer.”

I can still run Win 8.1 and High Sierra holding the alt key down. But what shall I do next?

Any help would be appreciated.

Finally, I followed the re-installing macOs process How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support

and after that Bootcamp works fine! Fist I installed the macOs that came with my mac and then I upgraded only to macOs Sierra (not macOs High Sierra).

Thank you, Loner T, for your support.

Loner T, thank you for your response.

The installation of Windows 8.1 has been made by using only BC Assistant with a windows 8.1 dvd internal optical disc and the drivers of Bootcamp in a flash memory stick. That was 2 days ago. Since then I have installed printers, email accounts, antivirus, other programs... How could I spare all this labor, if it is possible?

(I should perhaps mention that before Christmas holidays I upgraded my macbook pro (8 GB Ram and HD SSD 500GB) and then I also installed on a macOs Sierra the windows 8.1, but, unfortunately, I broke macbook keyboard, and I damaged windows, so after replacing keyboard I installed macOs High Sierra and removed Win 8.1 and re-installed again, as I said before.)

Yes, of course. When I upgraded the macbook pro (13,3', late 2011), I kept my old hard drive as external drive. So while I was on windows 8.1 I connected this external drive to a usb port and I tried to access thunderbird profile files and because of "access denied" I started to take ownership of the external hard drive. But it took a long time, so I stopped the procedure and through the Bootcamp I choose Macintosh HD to startup. And after that I heard two times the reboot sound and then I noticed the change on time indication and time settings...

I have visited the link you mentioned, but I hoped that with the Winclone6 I d' rather fix the problem...
