Window resizing on macOS is so laggy

It's almost 6 months that I've got rid of my Windows 10 Laptop in favor of MacBook Pro 13. I love macOS and everything is cool but it's window management system is so laggy and looks basic in compare with Windows 10. One of my main issues with mcOS is that resizing a window, specially third party apps like Excel or MATLAB, and of course, iTunes is so slow and laggy, the animation is like below 10 fps. First I thought it's because of that my laptop is not powerful enough, but then I looked up in the internet and realized that even people with iMac 5K have the same issue. It's so annoying, I never had this problem on Windows 10. Apple really needs to fix this.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.2)

Amen. I got my first ever Mac (MBP 13" Touchbar) 2 weeks ago and the first thing i noticed is the freaking lag when you resize apps. Even iTunes or iMovie are lagging as **** when resizing. I could not believe that something like this is normal on a 2k+ € machine and went to the apple store straight to an iMac Pro and It was the same. Maybe not as bad as on my Macbook but it still was very ugly and choppy. I talked to some guys at the Genius Bar and they were looking at me like "yeah, in macos you dont resize windows ok?". Its really scary that something that simple is such an issue for the "worlds most advanced operating system"
