Hi. Does the apple watch offer a either a display zoom or smart invert (or regular invert) similar to IOS 11 iphone and ipad? I have compromised vision and in particular have difficulty reading the imessage white text in blue background so frequently use the smart invert feature on my ipad and iphone. Is such a feature offered in the series 3 watch?

Apple Watch (all models) offers a Greyscale display option, which applies across all apps when activated.
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > turn on Greyscale.
Text size can also be adjusted:
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Brightness & Text Size > adjust the slider.
Other options include Zoom, VoiceOver, Bold Text.
