Bluetooth is not working properly om MacBook Pro 2017 with WIN 10

I have a dual-boot MacBook Pro 2017 and WIN 10 Pro. Everything is working great except when I connect BT devices, they do not work, (a mouse shows that is connected, but does not work) or completely refuse to connect. Reinstalled Bootcamp 2 times. It is not a hardware issue. Under MAC OS everything is fine. Here is what I see in device manager:

Looks like something is messy with the drivers. Can someone please help?

It was on Auto. I tried both - Auto and Enabled with "Disable devices......" off. The mouse (I have two connected Microsoft and Logitech) work for a minute and stop, despite the fact that both show "connected", but do not work. I have to reboot, again they work for a minute and stop. Here is a screenshot with the driver as well.
