How to sync iPhone calendar with Android device

How can my partner share his iPhone calendar with me on my Samsung Galaxy mobile (Android device).

We have our own iCloud and Google accounts though.

Hi Sorkhjame,

I understand that your partner would like to share a calendar with you, but you're wondering if this is possible since you use an Android device. I'd be glad to help out!

To share an iCloud calendar with another user privately, the recipient would need to be using an iCloud account. Since it's not possible to use iCloud calendars with Android, this would not be an option for you. However, he would be able to send you an invitation to view a shared public calendar. Take a look at the following information on the topic of sharing iCloud calendars:

Share a calendar publicly

  1. Click the Share button User uploaded file to the right of the calendar you want to share, then select Public Calendar.

  2. To invite people to view the calendar, click Email Link.

  3. Type one or more email addresses in the To field, then click Send.

    User uploaded file

The people you specify automatically receive an invitation email that includes the calendar’s URL. An invitee doesn’t need to be an iCloud user to accept an invitation to view a shared public calendar.

If you're looking to share a private calendar between the two devices, you could also consider using your Google accounts instead. Take a look at the following resource that details how to share a calendar using a Google account:

Cheers.
