Apple gift card too slow - purchase is pending for 2 days already

My question is not "speculation" it is a rhetorical question.

As a paying customer - and I insist on the paying part, especially when it is in advance - I think I have the right to be fairly treated. I do not want to read some corporate gibberish, I want them to fix an issue that is impacting me as a customer. In the same vein, I do not want some hidden frustrated community managers to insult me because some Apple products are not well functioning.

Every single time I come here for help it is the same kind of unswer: "it is the fault of the customer."

Payment of Apple cards are delayed for 5 days ? Customer fault. Calendar not working ? Customer fault. Product arriving 5 weeks later and delivery date changed 3-4 times ? Customer fault. Battery issues ? Customer fault.

Ok, I noted your policy, but as brand, you should be aware that by proceeding this way you will loose your long term fans.

PS. And please, abstain yourself in attacking customers with a "if you don't like it leave it" - you already know about the Porter 5 forces. There is no "yet" a replacement.
