This is a user to user support forum. No one here can give a definitive explanation or change things for you.

Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/, check your purchase history in iTunes, view your subscriptions, or check for an iCloud storage plan. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members.

See also If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support and How apps, content, and subscriptions from Apple are billed - Apple Support.

If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email. See Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.

If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

See also Prevent in-app purchases from the App Store - Apple Support.

  • If there is no evidence of a charge on either your iTunes or bank/credit card accounts this is likely to be a phishing exercise which you should ignore.

  • If there is a charge shown under your iTunes store account and it relates to misuse of your Apple ID then you need to start a conversation with iTunes Store support to get it cancelled and refunded, change your password, and enable two-factor authentication if at all possible.

  • If it isn't connected to your own Apple ID but funds have gone from your bank or credit card account that purport to be from iTunes then the account has been compromised and you need to deal directly with your financial institution.

As noted I am a fellow user. I cannot do anything to effect a refund. Did you purchase an app or an in-app subscription, then change your mind, and request a refund using links in your account history or the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ page? If so then Apple can take up to 72 hours to process the refund at their end, and your bank could take a similar amount of time to credit it to your account.

If, on the other hand, you received an "alert" about a recent purchase you hadn't made, with instructions on how to cancel the purchase and obtain a refund then you have been conned. See If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support. If you've given card details to a scammer then you will need to have the cards cancelled and reissued.

If you choose to post screenshots here obscure any personal information, such as your name, address, post/zip code, phone number. transaction reference, etc.

We are fellow users, these are user forums, nobody on here is taking any money from.

Assuming it's a genuine email from iTunes that you've received and not a phishing email (I assume you've checked the email, e.g.  Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support and Identifying legitimate emails from the iTunes Store - Apple Support, and your iTunes accounts purchase histories) contact iTunes Support.

You must contact Apple (iTunes Customer Service) via phone during business hours. Make sure to have the amount that was charged & the date ready for when they ask, they will refund you for unauthorized purchases.

Report it as fraud & they should investigate who is using your information.

Family Sharing, if you're the creator, will allow anyone in your 'family' to purchase from your method of payment unless you opt out of that. It can be found under Settings>AppleID>FamilySharing after selecting Family Sharing make sure that the setting reads "off" for purchases.

For immediate peace of mind I recommend changing your method of payment to a different source that has very low funds or a prepaid Visa or other type of cash card that is accepted by Apple. This way whoever has your method of payment information will be easily flagged if they continue to make purchases because you are not tied to that card or account anymore. You can contact your financial institution most times 24 hours a day seven days a week to report a compromised card and have a new card sent to you. If you believe that someone has your card or account information it is highly recommended that you make those changes so that other purchases don't occur.

But to summarize this I recommend calling the iTunes customer service phone number & requesting a refund immediately for any unauthorized purchases.

PRE-AUTH would suggest these are attempts to charge your account that aren't actually happening, perhaps because of insufficient funds. See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support and cancel any unwanted subscriptions. Removing the app or simply not using it won't do that for you. Contact iTunes - Official Apple Support to resolve the situation with any arrears.

Please read this post. I've asked for personal information to be removed from your post to avoid it being abused. Please note that in principle all completed sales are final, however you can contact Apple Support to dispute charges that you believe are in error. Be on guard for fake invoices and other scams that may attempt to trick you into giving your Apple credentials to fraudsters as you attempt to challenge a fictitious bill.

Posting your personal information in public spaces online is a good way to give fraudsters a way in.

See If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support. There can be an authorization hold for the value of a new subscription at the start of a trial to ensure that you would have sufficient funds at the first renewal date.
