Hello c.wrson,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

I understand from your post that your Beats X are showing a pink light that turns off when plugged in and they are not charging or connecting to other bluetooth devices. I recommend reseting your earphones as instructed by the article below:

Set up and use your BeatsX earphones

Reset

  1. Hold down these two buttons for 10 seconds:
    • Power button
    • Volume down button
  2. When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.
Best Regards.

So disappointing. Same symptoms here but after a few reset attempts (power + down vol) I've finally got them to pair again. Trouble is, now audio isn't coming-out of the right headphone. Were working perfectly a day ago and I cannot think what possibly could have caused them to stop working.

Adding insult in injury in my case this is my 2nd pair - the first were replaced after they died and wouldn't hold battery after only six months. This set has only lasted two months.

As much as I am loyal to Apple, their headphones are absolute crap quality.
