Can't import .m4r file into iTunes 12

Hi, I Have this problem.

Can't import .m4r file into iTunes 12 after have delete my old library and add e new in different position on my hdd.

All music its ok, but not for ringtones. I know very well the methods to create this.

Only different from past was I Have disable option "copy new file in iTunes Media Library".

I try to import a folder "Tones" in iTunes and move file with extension .m4r in iTunes but can't import them.
