Can a tracfone do everything an apple iPhone can do?

I got my grandson an iPhone se 32 gb on Black Friday -straight talk tracphone at Walmart for $129.00 Mine was $159.00 purchased tjis week. An iPhone is an iPhone -all made by apple. The cost depends on where you get it and the service provider. You are not just paying for the name. All iphones of the same design/model are alike no matter who your service provider is. In our case it' straight talk which is run by Trac Phone and sold exclusively at Walmart.
