how do I get rid of cents in the app store?
I only have 1 cent in my account and I want to get rid of it. How do I do that?

You could contact iTunes support and ask them to get rid of the penny: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
Or just leave it there and if you ever want to buy a ringtone or app, it will be applied to that purchase.
