By ‘won’t connect to iTunes’ do you mean that your computer’s iTunes doesn’t recognise it when you connect it : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support ? If you do : If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
