I attempted to do a 7 day trial of TuneIn Radio, and if I did not cancel within 7 days, expected to be charged. I cancelled within 24 hours of starting the trial, but was still charged a full $9.99 plus tax. Anyone else have this problem?

So, it was an App from the App Store with a 7-day Trial? If so, then you can go to: Report a Problem to report your issue, so the iTunes Staff can process it.

Have you contacted iTunes Support directly: iTunes Support WorldWide. If you have, you can try calling back to see if you can speak to someone at a supervisor level and plead your case (nicely), but whatever decision they make is the final one.

I thought the same thing...apparently TuneIn Radio doesn't offer refunds, which appears totally ridiculous to me since it's very clear I cancelled within a day (which is much less than 7 days).
