What can i buy for 80 cents?

Im trying to switch countries on my app store but it tells me i still have an unused balance. I still have 8.79 and found an app to but for 7.99 but still have 80 cents. Is there anything i can but for 80 cents or is there a way to switchy app store without having to get rid of my remaining balance?
