Can I get my money back for a removed app?

I bought this app in the appstore called protube with actual money but it has sadly been removed, and youtube has taken steps to make sure that the app is unusable to its buyers. Which means I’m basically stuck with a useless app so can I get my money back? I mean I know that third party apps have to get an agreement from youtube so they can use but since youtube itself removed the app can’t I at least refund?

On this occasion I referred to old copy ... this is what I usually write.

'If you would like Apple to consider a refund, on your electronic receipt against the purchases is an offer to ‘Report a problem’. Click on that and follow the instructions, adding to the report what you have written here.'

Strangely enough I have recently seen 'report a problem' actually on the bottom but I cannot find it at the moment. Thanks for looking out for me.
