How to extend time photos are kept in "Recently Deleted"?

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to extend the time during which photos are kept in the "Recently Deleted" folder?

I have enough space on my hard drive, and I would like to keep the deleted picture around 6 months before deleting.

Thanks

Im using a similar method using a smart album MyTrash with the rule "Keyword is 'to be deleted'".

Instead of deleting a photo directly, I add the keyword 'to be deleted'. The is easily done by assigning a keyboard shortcut to the keyword in the Keyword Manager. When I keep the Keyword Manager open, I can assign the keyword with one click, just by typing the keyboard shortcut. From time to time I look into the smart album and delete the photos I really want to be deleted.
