I recently upgraded my phone from a 7 Plus to X. I'm on the current iOS: 11.2.5. I've lost the ability to change Siri's voice to male (which is the way I had it set up on my 7 Plus). Did Apple remove the male voice option?

Go to settings down to Siri set male or female.
Go to i books download ios 11 user guide & iPhone X guide both are free.

The Male and Female options don't show for Australian or British because they refuse to download, even on wifi (note the bars in the upper-right). Modifying my question: why won't the non-American accents download to iPhone X? It stays stuck at 0% complete.
