I've been trying to cancel a pre-order and it isn't working. It allows me to cancel it, but still says it's still pre-ordered. There are three songs that I've bought prior to pre-ordering the whole CD, but I don't know why it won't let me cancel the CD.
On the contrary. If part of your order has already been delivered then it is no longer a simple matter of cancelling a pre-order where no goods or monies have yet to be exchanged.

I'm just hoping they fix it by the time the CD I pre-ordered comes out because I don't want to pay for it twice. If I do, I'm definitely emailing them for a refund. They can also take back the songs that you can buy with the CD.
Same here. I keep clicking cancel and it doesn't do anything. Can't cancel it. Almost makes me think they do it on purpose. Preordered the Black Panther Soundtrack and I hit cancel it says are you sure I hit yes then nothing happens. Pretty ******.

I can't cancel, either. It is really annoying. I can click on "cancel" and "yes", but it doesn't do anything. I am so tired of Apple.

I'm having the same problem. Since I have already received four of the songs from the album and have been charged for them, this should not be an issue. C'mon Apple, get iTunes fixed...AGAIN!
