My iPhone 6s screen / LCD cracked. How much does it cost to get repaired?

Hi my iPhone 6s screen has cracked. I have and iPhone 6s and says that I am still covered by apple warranty. The top layer of the screen however appears to be smooth so does this mean the LCD is shattered? And would this be the same price as repairing the screen? Thanks!
