iphone broken processor

Hello! I have an iPhone 6s and recently I was doing something really simple like texting (can't remember right now), and it turned off and wouldn't turn on again. It just showed the logo with the white background and turned itself off after a couple of minutes. After asking, it seems the processor is broken so apparently it can't be fixed.

Here's my question, I wanted to know if Apple could solve my problem in an Apple store. The iPhone turned one year old last october, so it's pretty new (I bought it refurbished from Amazon). Is there a chance they'll replace my iPhone for a new one?
