there is a problem with this windows installer package

I'm running windows 7 professinal (64bit) and I can't install icloud for windows because it says, "there is a problem with this windows installer package. a program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. contact your support personnel or package vendor". Thanks for your help.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7
