Hello! I wanna buy The IPhone 8 Plus 64 GB and I would like to know if I buy The IPhone on apple.com with AT&T is it locked with AT&T or I can put a SIM card from Cricket Witeless for example?
If you are not planning in using it with AT&T why buy the AT&T model?
You can get the sim free model, that can work with any GSM carrier.
The AT&T version should be unlocked when paying full price, but no reason to get it if you don't plan on using AT&T.
