Hi. Dear.
I wanna delete my ID. Because i do not want to pay any money. I do not want payment. Please help me. I wanna use new ID.

You can't delete an account, all you can do is remove personal details from it (e.g. payment details : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support), cancel any subscriptions on it (View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support and, if applicable, iCloud storage upgrade) and stop using it (if you want to completely stop using the account delete all of its downloads)
