Mine has been doing this since I bought the phone last November. Now it’s non-responsive during text messaging and slowing down to a halt. I have to reboot the phone at least three times a day. I also haven’t gotten an answer.
Mine does this crap also but it seems to only do it when im laying down and the phone is sitting kn my chest then it will scroll up to the top or whatever im doing at random times. Super frustrating
I tried that. Still scrolling around like it has a mind of its own.
I can’t even read these responses with out my phone scrolling back to the top
Did anyone get a response to this or bring their phone into the apple store for resolution?
My phone just started doing this on all apps.
Mine does this also... my text board slowly becomes unresponsive and my phone is constantly scrolling up on its own... I’m going to get my phone warrantied out tomorrow.
I have the same problem, in all apps it starts scrolling up without doing anything. Does someone already have a solution for this problem??
I've had the same problem, static electricity could cause this problem, try using your phone without the case you're using
Then it’s maybe a software fault or something wrong with you’re toutchscreen, try contacting apple support
