can i link my game center account with google play?

I’m trying to play my app/game sniper arena on my pc. The game is on my phone with all my progress. When I log into blue stacks it does not sync. How can I link my Game Center and google play so the game is the same?

You cannot. Game Center is an iOS feature exclusively. It has nothing to do with Google. google Play, PC’s nor Android.

The only way you can sync across platforms is if the developer of the game app offers their own internet server based sync service.
