Locked ID and lost trusted phone number. But when i’m clicking “cannot use this number” it asked me to give the same number which I have lost

Well, no. You can try contacting Apple's Account Security, but they can't reset anything for you, just give you advice: Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security


When you set up 2 factor authentication it strongly advised that you set up more than one way to receive access codes and warned that Apple could not recover the account for you. If you didn't that account is probably dead forever. See: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
