Profile Manager and Web Clips

Trying to utilize Profile Manager as our basic MDM solution for several iPads. I’d like to use the only allow certain apps feature in the restrictions setting and have only certain apps and web clips available.

I’m running in to an issue on the web clips...they show up when I allow all apps but disappear when I only allow the certain apps I select. I’ve tried adding com.apple.webapp to the list of white listed apps but it doesn’t find this app and even when I can get it to manually save this url the web clips still don’t show up. Safari is an allowed app in this configuration as well.

I hope someone out there has a solution as to how I can create a short cut on the desktop while still white listing apps. Blacklisting apps doesn’t get rid of everything...
