My wife’s watch is stuck in Spanish. She was messaging with a friend in spansish and all of her iMessage options changed from English to Spanish as well as her dictation without her changing anything. Scribble nownsays a Mano as well as all the watch prompts. The language is still set to English. I even tried a reset and a restore from backup. The phone and watch settings are in English but it’s stuck. I’m doing a full factory reset. Is this a bug?

The language for any given Messages conversation on Apple Watch is the same as the currently selected keyboard language for that conversation in that app on your iPhone. This also covers Scribble and Dictation.
To access the option to change the language for a conversation directly on your Apple Watch, having selected to reply to a message, press firmly on the screen.

Thanks. It was interesting that it automatically switched all of the buttons to Spanish without her manuall changing them and that it remained even after a complete reset and startup as a new watch.
