cant see apps wnen syncing

I use an Ipad mini running ios 11.2.5 and sync to a windows PC running windows 10

I cannot find a way to see my apps or to organise my home screen when syncing.

Please help

Hi Andrew.

Apple removed this functionality last year at the same time that the removed apps from the iTunes store on the computer. You can only organize your apps on your device now.
