Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Keep getting email/text messages supposedly from Apple warning me 1) to not do sensitive transactions, 2) that my iMAC/iPhone systems are infectedand about to be locked up, 3) and to call Apple Support at a given number and/or e-address. These messages are generally auto-trashedby the system.
Anyadvice? Thx,

At best you are being spammed so you can ignore it. Apple will NEVER call you or send out these type of messages, someone is attempting to scam you.

When you get these emails, check the email address by clicking on it, and you will find they come from some very strange places and people who seem unable to spell or use grammar correctly.

Apple doesn't send out notifications like that. Someone is fishing to get you to pay them some money. Mark the emails as spam and block the text message sender.
