Can a fingernail scratch iPhone 7’s screen?
I know this is old but I can’t find any questions regarding fingernails scratching the screen of iPhone 7. But can it scratch the screen of the phone or not?

It's Corning Gorilla Glass. It's more scratch resistant than most glass, but certainly not scratch proof like maybe a diamond or synthetic sapphire (like a watch crystal). I don't think a fingernail itself is likely to scratch it, but sand or some other abrasive probably will.
