What is the problem? Can you no longer open the folder

~/Library/Audio/Apple Loops/User Loops/

because the user library is hidden? My custom loops are still in this folder.

Try to open the folder directly from the Finder's Go menu:

While a Finder window is open, use the main menu Go > Goto folder and enter this path into the text field for the path to the folder: ~/Library/Audio/Apple Loops/User Loops/
