Email issue with Host Gator out of Nowhere?

Hey there I need some help and suggestions. Been a iPhone customer for 7-8 years, never had an email problem until yesterday. It wasn't sending or receiving email and had an "error" saying password or user name was wrong, which is strange bc I have never changed it and has been working fine for years.

So I started trouble shooting it, a friend suggested that I delete it and then redo it, which I did, same problem. I reached out to Host Gator they trouble shot it and said everything is good on their end and my password and user name was still current.

I have tried the following client settings from Host Gator both don't work:

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)

Username: *******
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: gator4108.hostgator.com
  • IMAP Port: 993
  • POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: gator4108.hostgator.com

SMTP Port: 465

And I have also tried the following:

Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended)

Username: *******
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.thetenantfactory.com
  • IMAP Port: 143
  • POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Server: mail.thetenantfactory.com

SMTP Port: 25
