Unauthorized Subscription

I just received an email that a subscription was purchased that I did not authorized. How do I cancel and get my funds back?

Who's the email from? Does it match your billing info in any way shape or form? Can you see the charge on your bank?

THis article will help you locate and cancel it if it's a true subscription but to get money back you need to contact iTunes support. Again, this may be a phishing attempt.
