"Reset all settings" - checklist for restoration?

I get that "Reset all settings" on my iPhone SE is 1) recommended by Apple in solving some issues I'm having and 2) pretty non-destructive. But every article I read, when trying to determine exactly what I will need to re-customize after I do this, says "settings like ... " or "settings such as ..." or "settings including..." when I look for a specific list of what, exactly, this action will wipe out.

Does anyone have an Apple-produced, definitive list of exactly what "Reset all settings" will touch?

I really want to quickly restore all my custom settings -- not fiddle-f**k around trying to guess at what was set back to default and what wasn't.

Thanks

iPhone SE, iOS 11.2.1

Unfortunately, there is no definitive and complete list of what you will need to reset. A very simple explanation is that everything that you have set in the settings app itself, will have to be reset. Preferences for wallpaper, auto brightness, location services, privacy settings, WiFi network passwords, custom sound settings or ringtones, etc.

It has been quite a while since I reset all settings, but to be safe, if it is in the Settings app, figure on having to enter those settings again.
